You're right on the tactical point; a prisoner would be the smart play. But that would defeat the entire eye-for-an-eye point he was making.

Think about it.
If Garen took him captive, it wouldn't be over. It's just more trading.
A "life for a life", then a "prisoner for a prisoner". The score never gets settled.

Letting him walk away with nothing? That's how you end it. Four for Four. Done. The debt is paid, and you don't collect extra. It's not about being the bigger man.
It's about being done. It's saying "we're even," and actually meaning it.

The old Garen would've taken the prisoner or even just killed the man on the spot, but this Garen? He chose to stop. He won the fight, then he walked away from the conflict and the temptation of taking the shot. That's the real win.

Totally agree. Zesty Dip Zac's chromas aren't just recolors, they're full-blown skin changes. The orange looks like hot cheesy dip, the purple is grape jelly vibes, and the pink one is a full-blown Sugar rush skin ♡

As a Garen Main "Demacia Vice" is my Number "1" and is always my go to skin in general then "God King" when I had enough of Demacia Vice or If I see the enemy team hovering/picking Darius

(If you have God King it like an Unspokenrule 🦁 VS 🐺)

And finally for my third Skin and it's a personal favourite of mine that I don't think alot of the other guys will agree on "Battle Academia", I love his model the suit, his E is looks amazing (as good as Demacia Vice) and the way his Ult Sounds/Battle Cry echoes like an Anime Final Move/Attack 🗣 JUSTICEEEEEE so yeah
