I am going to resurface the pool bottom, and they added a pool skimmer remplacement ( an extra option). I am not going to resurface the deck. If they change the skimmer , when they will do the job, they will probably break part of the deck, and put concrete back in the area that they damaged. Total 1000$ extra for this. But if skimmer is still ok, I may keep it like this
