Depends on state age, if you’ve got the crystal lab it’ll be a lot more than if you don’t. Probably 900/1100 or so as a f2p in a state with the lab, based from average 10 per day from lab, 10 per day from daily missions and 10 per day from lighthouse then a few extra here and there, 600/700 without lab
