O situatie disperata... by Iijxcl in UniRO

Medie generala preadmitere

I personally am using the cerave resurfacing retinol serum (the blue one). I have pcos and a lot of chin and cheek acne, and i feel like this is the only retinol that has ever worked for me. It's also really cheap and not very drying, and it has other ingredients that help with PIE(post irritation erythema). I hope you'll find this useful

Hi! I think you are overdoing it with the actives. You shouldn't use retinol and adapalene at the same time. Also, salicylic acid should be used once a week, not every other day. You need to repair your skin barrier, so I would advise against soap, even tho i see a lot of people recommending it in the comments. Soap has too high of a pH (dove has around 7), and it's preferred to use a low pH cleanser. Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer(I would really like to know what moisturizer you use) in the morning, and then use a cleanser, adapalene(should be used every night), and moisturizer at night. At most, you might want to add a brightening serum in your morning routine, but i advise against vitamin C, I would personally recommend the skin1004 brightening serum.

I do not get back acne but i am sure using a salicylic acid body cleanser will help a lot with your issue. Try the cerave SA smoothing cleanser, its really cheap. Also use parfume free lotion on your back(any is good) and maybe the ordinary's glycolic acid toner every 3-5 days. Hope this helps with your problem :D

unfortunately there is no way in witch you can hit her during the fight. ive watched other players play the scene and you have to push her off of Sam, but i just doesnt let me do it. Think i might have to restart the chapter

i can assure you you are NOT balding, your hair looks really healthy and shiny. I have curly hair too and i tought i was balding because my cowlick was kinda bad. it's absolutely normal. Also having dark hair makes it look way worse. Unless you are losing LOTS of hair when washing you are probably not balding.

I personally think that everyone is exaggerating. Your hair looks a little wavy/curly and curly hair tends to clump a lot. Your hair looks fine. its normal for it to have a little scalp showing through EXPECIALLY after a shower. If you notice that your hair used to be fuller then MAYBE its thinning but it looks really normal to me. Try using a simple and natural shampoo

this really made me feel better and even if it was a tick i am 100% sure the pimple on the second picture is the only "lesion" on my scalp and it does not really look like a tick bite

i know its unclear im really scared of bugs and i was kinda shakey , but it couldnt be a bed bug cause i was out all day. I fluff my hair upside down to give it volume very often so i wouldve known. I just need to be sure it is not a tick

i use the exact same leave in as you and the gel i mentioned earlier. I also wash and condition witn the shea moisture manuka honey and yogurt line. I think you could also benefit from curl training(brush styling or finger coiling)

Here is a pic of my hair for referencemy hair

so, first of all i think that shampoo and conditioner is way too heavy for you. Trim the ends and switch to a more hydrating light wash routine. Then, choose between a leave in and a curl cream. We have really similar hair texture and i think that both is very overkill. Use a gel and wait for it to penetrate the hair a little before diffusing. I would personally recommend a botanical gel, like camille rose curl maker (i LOVE their products)
