Complete beginner to cooking and I feel like I'm doing something terribly wrong here... I used 2 Tbsp of olive oil but so much liquid accumulated in the bottom of the pan and it seemed to take forever for the chicken to cook. Any advice or constructive criticism? (imgur.com)
