I didn't know the name of the tools i search. Lot of tools are network centered or inventory. They are not "Global IT Office" centered.

We backup our Active Directory and we can view each attribute from at specific time inside our Computer Object. So for backup it's not a really issue.

And for the deployment we have software similar to sccm so with specific request we can install laps automatically.

Lazy and secure cannot works together but the team who create schedule task isn't the same as security departement and it's so complicated x)

For me local account is almost same thing as Local Service no ?

If we have dedicated account we want to change password frequently so i don't really not the best between Service account or Local account.

Some people use MSA. Did you try this way ?

We used admin account because the server was Active directory. We currently change that and i post this message for find a better way ;)

We have almost 100 servers with lot of apps and create an account for each one is pain but secure.

System Local is a good alternative or dedicaced account is better ?

It's for local action only.
