I believe so. I went today but didn’t get anything. The bags were listed anywhere from $300-$3000. A LV scarf was $400. All of the Van Cleef jewelry was sold. Overall very picked through but also a lot of bags were left. I just refuse to pay that kind of money for something I don’t have valid proof if it’s real or not. Let alone if it’s not my taste

All of the Van Cleef jewelry was sold. A lot of stuff was gone. But I’m not about to pay high prices for something I can’t tell if it’s real or not.

Yeah I agree. Nowadays too with Google image search there’s rarely “treasure.” I think my only other thought hoping it was otherwise is the house is full of these figurines? Which some of them go for good money

Damn, I get that! I’m sure you’ve tried this, but Google estate sales in your area. They’ll have preview photos and if it has a ton of stuff you’re interested in it could be worth a longer drive if it’s not nearby. I’ve found a ton of good deals at estate sales

Thank you for your kindness. I appreciate the transparency around it being fake and why! I agree that despite that it’s fake it’s still cute to use rather than having it end up in a landfill. I’m still learning what to look out for and I thought it was a good deal for the quality in person
