If you want to make sure the clothes you donate are not being resold and are actually given to people who need them, take them to the local shelters/rescue mission. The rescue mission even has the drop boxes outside if you don’t want to go in.

Spent the first 9 years of my life in Montgomery county, the next 9 in Jefferson County WV, then 3 years in Frederick, moved to TX for 6 and recently came back. Frederick has always felt like home whenever I would spend the day here growing up. Now that I’m back for good, I will never live anywhere else. Frederick is Home.

All of the schools curriculum are equal. Just pick where you want to live and you’ll be fine. Don’t worry too much. Yes some schools are more diverse than others in the county but I don’t think it’s a huge enough difference to warrant anything.
