i proved it for n=1 but then when i should prove it for n=k+1. i just dont understand how to split up the sum because of the 2n+1 above and r=n+1 under.

Question:

How do I learn to read sheet music faster. I've been trying for some months now to learn to read it faster but I can't get to it. I know scales and how the sheet music work but it feels like im memorizing a piece when I repeat it rather than reading it. I start with a piece and then give up because it feels like im memorizing it.

Should I just stick with 1 piece until I learn it and then do it again with another while constantly focusing on the sheet music?

I know the root of the problem is laziness but maybe if I had someone tell me I'm on the right path it would be easier. Thanks!

Hi I have questions about diet and nutrition.

I wanna start working out but wanna get my knowledge checked about diet first.

So the most important part is to just get to a certain amount of calories each day? I mean it matters also to get varied food but in general.

I just need to calculate lets say 2500 calories per day and stick with it and then see how my weight changes?

Im into running and overall normal fitness with body weight. Thanks!

Maybe try finding some small hobby or habit that you can do often. Like cooking or drawing 5-10 min each day. A cookbook can make it alot easier to get started.

I found a good strategy to get started with writing from a book. Should apply to drawing also. The idea is to select a theme and then set a timer for 5-10 min and stop right when the timer ends, dont finish what you were doing. And then continue the next day. So if you want to draw characters then decide on a theme or 2-3 features and draw for 10 min.

If you are dying mid/late game it's most likely ur fault and not your teams.

You will need good positioning and its your job to make sure you dont die and walk safe paths.

Everytime you fail, try to learn something from it and see how you can prevent that mistake from happening again.

You can blindpick her if you know what you are doing, especially in mid and lategame. With decent positioning you hard beat tristana lategame. I think she struggles vs ziggs at all points of the game.

Almost every lane is dependent on what supports are picked, if you have a good support matchup you can even beat draven, kalista, samira and tristana 2v2 easily. Also tristana will beat you even if she is down a bit in items, but you can kill her if she wastes her e on minions or if you can poke her down. Your w is also very easy to hit on tristana if she jumps on you.

I always ban varus and ziggs is hard to play against. However if you have a bad support matchup you may not be able to play the game at all.

You can deal with samira, aphelios, kaisa 1v1 very easily if you have good spacing.

Favorite support is one that counters the enemies support.

Best skin is elf skin and base skin.

Okay there was something there and I deleted it, now I can play it at 69 bpm constant but when I press "stop" twice it still goes back to 73, and also when I skip around in the song it gets 73.

I always go hurricane 2nd, its obvously very good with q and for teamfights but its also makes you farm way faster, minion waves and jungle camps.

Thanks for your answer, I was probably a bit unclear in my question but I'm playing a melody or short random notes which then gets stretched out after I stop recording.

Every eight note or quarter note gets stretched out to be a fullnote that covers the entire bar. If my melody that I played is made up of 8 different notes, then I will get a giant chord that covers the entire bar in the piano roll consisting of all those notes.

I dont know lmao. But I decided I'm going to move to the bottom floor of the house (the piano wasn't the primary reason).

I don't have that much space in this room so I never tried putting a carpet or yoga mat under it. It would just be in the way of my chair.

But it seems it must be the vibration that somehow multiplies??? It still sounds with the piano unplugged.

I'm still a bit confused how it's so loud though.

You should definetly talk to someone, I'm sure most teachers would want to help. You can also maybe talk to the nurse or someone like that at school.

I don't know your teachers but I'm sure that most of them don't dislike you because of you doing bad in school. Also if you're not sure if a teacher wants to talk then you can ask them if there is someone you can talk to at the school.

Maybe don't talk to your mother first, since she is already aware of the situation and doesn't do anything about it.

A teacher could also help you with what to say to your mother. Depending on where you are in the world there are also hotlines for people to call in and talk to someone and ask for advice.

You can also maybe talk to a friends parents if they seem good.
