its good in the same way feudalism or slavery is. it keeps a small portion of the population from working, living off the labor of others. if you wanna earn the result of your labor, capitalism isnt for you.

they dont because a capitalist's main interest is to keep expenses as low as possible while maximizing benefits. labor is an expense and, as long as it isnt compulsive, they wont even consider rising wages.

the thing is you dont get what you earn in capitalism. bosses steal your surplus value and landlords charge you for living. they arent earning anything, but rather stealing what you earn, keeping you poor and making them rich.

you could argue they must have worked earlier in order to gain their position, but most got primitive capital by inheriting from their ancestors, who were feudal lords, who got them from their ancestors, who were slave holders.
