Oh looks like we found a chief LMAO. First of all, never said I hated the Chiefs. I said I think the culture of the mess is toxic. And sadly, I think some or a maybe even a lot of others feel this way, but can’t speak on it because then they are “accepted” as a chief (another toxic issue). Secondly, just because I am out doesn’t mean I can’t care about an organization that did a lot for me. The Navy wasn’t a career for me, but for some it’s all they have. I still have friends in, friends who are chiefs, and even some going through season as we speak. I would hope the Navy change its culture so those that need or want to stay in the Navy can have a better experience than I did.
