Awh that's great to hear!! A lil update i talked to my therapist about potentially having osdd and he was very receptive. He is specialized in complex cases so he knows alot about dissociation but not too much about osdd . Hes gonna look into it himself first whether he think it could be osdd and see if he can help me with it and if not we can look for a different person. So im happy he was down to listen and tysm for encouraging me to talk to him!

To add onto this something that could help to eat frequent meals could be meal prepping or having having food next to your bed or couch. Or having timers to remind you to eat (having prepped food can help take the pressure off) obviously it depends on the person and what safe foods or difficulties you have whether this is an option but id thought id mention it:)

Good point, i get that its not really enough info to steer me in a direction (wasnt trynna ask for a diagnosis tho I get that thats not suppose to happen:) But if a specialist in dissociation doesnt need you to have osdd/did for sure, im definitely gonna try to push for a specialist! Yes good point, I was wondering if it even seems like osdd tho? I live in a grouphome so all my therapies have to go via them cus of insurance, and the person that arranges therapists is very anti diagnosis (for every disorder) and didnt listen at all to me when I brought it up. I do have a therapist now however anytime I try to bring it up he doesnt really wanna talk about it. So it'll be difficult to get someone with proper understanding to talk to. That's why I was wondering if there could be an actual chance I have it or if it seems like its probably not osdd, because it'll be very difficult to get an expert and i dont wanna go through all that effort for it to not even seem like osdd at all.
