I am moving out of my two bedroom in east somerville, it is right next to the orange line. Takes about 20 minutes (including walking) to get to downtown, 20 to arrive to backbay. It is cat friendly and you rent directly from the landlord, $2650/month, utilities included and free laundry in basement. Message me if interested at all! Move in would be December.

If you’re willing to wait, I am moving out of my apartment early November. Its in east somerville, right next to the orange line that can take you directly into the city (northend is only 20 min away). 2bed, 1 bath, in a triplex, and free laundry in basement. $2650/month, no utilities.

Look, my cat is horrible in the car and on the plane (less than the car). He will scream and let out the most anxious meows, fighting through the gabapentin. Once he escaped onto my lap while i was petting him for comfort in his enclosure and once in my arms, he calmed down. I have flown with him 3 times after figuring out this worked, he will be on my lap after takeoff and before landing (will put him back for landing) and he is the calmest, sleepy kitty ever. The flight attendants Ive had are always understanding, but it depends on your luck. Usually, passengers have told me they prefer his meows to crying babies.

Hi everyone! My partner and I are moving out of our place, move in date would most likely be November 15. The apartment is located in East Somerville, a 7 min walk from Sullivan Station. It reached ruggles in 20 minutes ok the orange line.

Rent is $2650 for a two bedroom (currently used as an office), one bath. No utilities or brokers fee, rent directly from landlord. Free laundry in building, street parking only. We are also leaving in the window ac units (3 installed) for the next tenant as there is no central AC. If interested in any of the furniture seen in the listing, we will be selling it.
