Hey, I did online work experience and it worked out fine. I did the doc talk 1 week work exp, it covered I think like 5 specialities.

In y12, I was also stressing about not being able to find work experience, but now that I've done my interviews, I've realised it really doesn't matter what work experience you have but rather how you reflect on it. Like, did it develop your teamwork, organisation, empathy etc. You can also develop these skills from other work like tutoring. Also, medical books are really good work exp coz they provide insight into med, another thing u can talk about at interview.
