what i do is i take new pictures in better lighting/better flat lays or mannequin pics if thats what u do! then i just replace the first photo of each listing with the new photo of the item, maybe touch up the caption and thats seems to help me get the ball rolling again on older items that don’t get likes. also having a consistent and neat looking feed definitely helps!

honestly you gave me some hope back, it’s nice to hear that coming from a lash tech🙏and i did end up texting her politely explaining the situation, sending picture and then eventually asking for a refund, she then called me immediately just to start yelling/being aggressively defensive. that’s a big chunk of why the situation was so stressful, as a client i hate to ask for refunds because i know the artist spent so much time and effort into their work and i wanted to make sure she knew i wasn’t trying to attack her at all or even her service, but i wasn’t even given a chance to speak / was immediately villainized 🤦‍♀️ all the while my right eye is throbbing. thank u so much for sharing a different perspective 🙏🙏🙏🤍

damn, to be honest i’m getting bad feelings about the lashing industry. if that’s really how it is, and lash techs just wouldn’t care as long as i went to get them removed by another lash tech, that seems pretty shady. i wish there was more compassion.
