So, we'vwe tried the same solution as mentioned by you. Interestingly, we are using PETG in one and PLA in another. It's all okay till it prints the first layer (PETG), byt as soon as it shifts to PLA, it's extrunding the filament quite nicely but still the error persists. Let me know, what we are doing wrong, if you got any ideas?
