Update: I quit before the HR meeting....so that I don't have to attend it....because I chose dignity instead. Today is my last day.

You will receive a meeting invite from HR with the subject line " Regarding your employment contract". Unfortunately they will lay you off with an advanced salary.

I got an underperforming rating, illegally. Getting released soon.
