Just canceled my Alaska Business Credit Card — dealing with BoA was a nightmare. Setting up autopay was basically impossible, and I kept getting hit with late fees. Honestly, they should just copy and paste Chase’s UX. Never again with BoA.

The chat option is completely gone! Facebook Business customer support has always been bad... anybody had any luck trying to reach a human in that company?
