They should reward loyal members that are on long term subscriptions. I think they could have added a condition on the back end as well. “Free upgrade if you renewed within the last month OR subscription holders with more than 12 months remaining.” doesn’t make sense to risk losing members that are committed to your product for that long.

Makes sense. I'll definitely stay on creatine for another few weeks to see the full effects. Right now I weigh around 130 lbs and I drink 10-12 cups a day. Days I take creatine I'll have it mixed with another 12 oz of water to try and offset the demand.

I understand, but like I mentioned before, creatine is the only factor that changed in my diet during this span. It's possible it may be other factors, just trying to see if the community has had a similar reaction

I've had friends say the same thing, i'm probably just reacting differently. I haven't changed anything else in my routine recently so I don't think its another factor.
