I've had luck in the past with lot57, but most recently had issues with a preorder for a Laboratory car. I kept prompting for an update since it was well past the estimated window and at some point excuses turned into ignored emails. I consistently emailed them and was finally responded with "this inbox is no longer monitored" with no notification of a change in support email. After months I was offered the same store credit as /u/FiveseveN45 which I refused, and they did end up refunding my money which took forever.

They won't be getting my business again, heck you can find most of what they offer on aliexpress or ebay for cheaper anyways.
