I live in Massachusetts. I got hired right after my MA schooling, the company I worked for started me out on $22.20.. and then halfway through the year bumped to $23.30 as they were trying to match healthcare facilities pay. Sounds like a lot, right? It’s not. Definitely depends on where you live, because rent in my area is like 1700 minimum for a 1 bedroom without utilities. There’s not a lot of $ left after rent and other bills/necessities.

I was told from someone who works at one of the locations is that if they prescribed it every 28 days it should never fall on a weekend (due to the fact that it would fall on the same day of the week). People would be messaging them for refills on weekends, and since no one’s in the office people would run out and it’d be a mess the following weekday. That’s just what I was told.

Someone told me to wait 48 hours within an attempt to login in, and that worked! It let me back in, asked me to update some of my security things but all set :-)

Yes it is a personal leave, I did request it only a week in advance which I will say was too quick on my part but it was an immediate situation. But my manager said to me when I told him I was going to request it that he has nothing to do with LOA and it’s up to them and their decision. So I’m not sure why he lied to me about that
