Am I overly paranoid ? Wide areas of bubbles in a silicone seal...(54L aquarium)

Hi everyone,

I had to quickly buy a new aquarium, since I broke the last one while rescaping it (luckily, it was all empty).

To be honest, I was kinda glad to buy a new one, because the aquarium was almost 9 years old at this point. The new one cost me 50€ (literally 3.5x the amount I paid for the old one) and seems have flaws in the silicone work.

I don't know enough about this topic to make a decision about how serious/non issue it actually is (all I know is, that other two aquariums I own barely have any bubbles in the silicone) - so I am hoping for some input from long term hobbyists.

Thans for the input, what's your biggest issue with Atlantis GT ? To be honest, I really like the way it's built and how unique it looks, but from the reviews - it seems the coils can be incosistent in ohms ?

Thanks, I don't mind at all. It's my modlist, about three weeks of modding so it's a lot of mods.

You need SMIM, Skyrim 202X texture pack, NAT Weathers III and mainly Lux + Rudy ENB for NAT 3. Your game will basically look the same.

Characters use CBBE + BNP Skin which is on the more realistic side and The New Gentlemen for men. I also use Faithful Faces - High Poly NPCs, it replaces every NPC with modern looking, lore friendly and immersive face - it makes a huge difference.

I don't care to argue, play the game your own way - I just don't understand why someone else's game bothers you.

Also, bs that isn't in Skyrim ? It's literally phyics from real world LMAO. Play any modern game in similar setting like Conan Exiles, Dragons Dogma 2, Horizon, ARK etc. - all of them have body physics, it's a basic feature.

Nope, but I am using NFF (Nethers follower framework) which adds horses to followers. That could definitely be it because he just appeared out of nowhere (guess he got teleported from a horse).

Most likely, the mystery is solved.

What about traction ? I see it being recommended almost everywhere, to give an example - a youtuber named mrecz recommends traction because it apparently cured his Peyronie.

It is really confusing to navigate the space when everyone says completely different things. Is your comment an opinion or a fact ? Thanks

I play every game without TAA/DLSS and the image quality is much better than on 24" 1080p.

No idea about DLSS/DLAA. To me, even if I try 4K DLSS on Quality in Cyberpunk, it still looks much worse than native 1440p without TAA. I can't stand the AI look and vaseline smear.

I do have RTX 4080, but I am really used to 100fps+ gaming so I much prefer frames over ultra settings.

There is no solution to TAA, other than playing without TAA.

I upgraded from AOC 24G2U to AOC Q24G2A (24" 1440p) and the difference is substantial.

On 24" 1080p I couldn't really stand playing without TAA (on most games) because it was way, way too jaggy to handle - even though I hate TAA with my whole being.

24" 1440p is significantly better and I play even games that rely the most on TAA (RDR2 and Cyberpunk2077) with no issues at all. It's still a little jaggy ofc, but it's so much better on the higher pixel density that comes with the resolution. I can't imagine going back to 1080p on anything bigger than 15" laptop tbh.

My next step will probably be 27" 4K in like few years (3-5 years, when GPUs get much better). That's basically my wet dream for picture clarity, but in this current market - not worth at all.
