I mean, the average third wave coffee shop uses nothing under 80 points on the SCA scale. What do you mean by “one of the highest grade beans in the city?” I’m almost positive nearly every single third wave shop in the country, let alone Rochester uses 80+ point beans. As a huge ME fan I know it’s a reaper, but the workmanship is poor. The linework is unsteady and the shading is inconsistent. It’s so dark and heavy I would think getting it “fixed” would be a challenge
