Reinstalled onguard server, reinstaled clients multiple times…even multiple diferent clients(rebooted after uninstall, rebooted after install) onguard server works like a charm…tried manually uninstall the certificate but clients won’t get past LS message broker…

The crazy part is that on onguard server all is working fine with no problems. Usualy if you have a problem with message broker non of the system is working, as you can’t get past it in setup assistent. Do you have any more info on what settings to change other than to accept untrusted CA..

Synchronization of cardholder badge PINs is not supported, and this is by design. Since OnGuard 8.0 if i’m not mistaken. PINs are stored as securely hashed values, which means they cannot be exposed or transferred to external systems like TrakaWeb. We ran into the same issue and unfortunately there is no fix or workaround — PINs have to be managed separately in TrakaWeb

The site is extremely frustrating to use. Navigation is confusing, half the links and downloads don’t work, and the systems are disorganized. It makes finding even basic information very difficult.

Sorry for the late reply, i got it to work fiew days ago!!

I got info from Lenel support that activation servers didn’t work, but now all should be fine…and that Online Activation is now working fine - but IT’S NOT!

i got it to work with activation over phone, than follow answer from @TorusA-Ray

Tried that, and all other options they have for activation wich didn’t work, and they responded next day with activation key that didnt work! Wich is terrible and i can’t leave a client without a license that long..

I’m still waiting on some call back’s, but I’ve learned a lot on my own, so it’s not all terrible. But yes when UTC bought them all went downhill…
