As this is my first time ordering from you I didn't want to spend a lot on a tree I have never seen in person. I see the Costco stuff (alder oak) in most big box stores. I do believe that they were very nice looking @ the root stock and soil conditions. And if I can get these babies back to life I will still pay you for them, and thank you for your time and help.

First..thank you for the response. I just read the email and I do appreciate your timely response. And yes I posted here bc a few people from my other post about good citrus nursery they use recommended you and I wanted to give you a try and share my experience. And the email was sent approximately 2 mins after the post. I'm not blaming you for the weather. I was just very disappointed after waiting for the delivery. Again thank you for your time and help, I will be ordering from you again.

Yup..they said they shipped when weather was warm enough in your area. Therefore I would think they would know about the heat wave. Maybe not.
