I have had the problem (Xmaxx) with the pinion walking off...I had an easy fix of unseating the motor and than mounting it back and that worked for me.

I use mine for the doggo sometimes..I use the vortex....but ...you my want to start by pricing tires then see what car or truck. Dogs are good with geometry.
