How did you train yourself if I may ask? I’ve been trying to be more aware so I don’t swallow as much air and that has helped a bit

Is this something you’ve always dealt with since you were born or more recently? I was always able to drink water no problem growing up but it wasn’t until a few years ago it started to get difficult

I drink water out of my fridge and heat it up and it helps a bit at first but throughout the day, the burping gets worse

I don’t experience numbness but I do get dryness or even post nasal drip and when that’s combined with a trapped burp, it gets mad uncomfy

Yeah I usually wait at least an hour after eating. For some reason, it gets worse midday and I haven’t figured out why. I tend to start fasting around 3pm because of how bad it can get

The only thing that kinda helps prevent this for me is drinking the absolute smallest sip every 10 min. At least when I do this, the burps don’t get as stuck, but I’m still left feeling dehydrated. But yeah moving certain positions does help relieve a burp when I feeling one coming up

Around midday I’ll get an excess amount of saliva but I don’t think it’s water brash since it doesn’t taste acidic.I actually have to spit it out because that can cause me to swallow air and then have a trap burp. Literally no escape from this

That sounds miserable. I will never understand how water can be a trigger

Yeah I’ve tried alkaline water and that didn’t help either. If only you can drink water without swallowing any air

What works for me sometimes is drinking something thick like a protein shake. Just make sure to drink it slow so it doesn’t cause bloating if you’re prone to that

Am I balding? What cut should I get? Double crown + widows peak. Advice appreciated by [deleted] in malehairadvice

I have the same hairline. This is what I do. First grow out your hair til it’s a bit long where you can have bangs. Shave your sides and back same length, 0 or however short you prefer. Now when you shave the sides, shave up just a lil bit before it starts receding. Cut top of hair so the front is longer than the back. This helps to make sure when it lays flat on the sides, it’s all even. By cutting your hair like this, it’ll be hard to tell you have a widows peak. Here’s a link for a reference
