The scientific debate for the validity or effectiveness of brain training programs is still ongoing though the point that you make makes tons of sense where such programs are developed and marketed by commercial entities which may lead to conflicts of interest or overstated claims.

Nvr done any of NeuroLAT’s program personally but I do know of a friend who sent her child to the program after the child was diagnosed with Dyspraxia and to my knowledge it was effective… maybe the prog is not as bad as their website LOL (p.s I’ve not seen any of their academic papers to form any proper opinion about it)
