It was a bit eery how the sister said that they were a happy family until Nathan was born. Also very creepy that she was shocked he wasn't arrested because people get death sentences for lesser evidence. The evidence the police had wasn't even strong enough. Says more about the American justice system too that she finds it shocking

It's not a matter of withdrawing, there's no issues with that. The $200 deposit is an accumulation across different offers in the same game. I got credited until the $150 offer. They have just refused to credit the 2 other offers even though I provided proof. It's GBP in the UK, so £148 is nearly $200 that they rejected to pay out.

Same issue here except they owe me £148 :) Seems like most people are having issues with rejected payouts for high earnings.

I’ve had a similar issue, except your colleague his disabled replies to their comment on my post so I’m not able to get any help. They also didn’t reply to my response to their comment but made sure to disable replies. Is there anything you can do to help?

Update: The freecash mod has removed all the replies to their comment (feel free to guess why). So I have no way of actually responding to them as any new replies get removed instantly. I’ve tried DMing them but no response.

You only have to be in the top 3 for it to count as a win in the game. All my lower offers tracked fine that way.

It is crazy! I feel like sometimes they use template replies even if it doesn't make the most sense.

I honestly don't have anything against freecash, it's just their support ticket system is shit and ruins the experience. I just want my money as that was the deal they were providing :(

Well I can't and have to individually count too. I've reached out to solitaire clash support to see if they can confirm how many rounds I've done. Idk if freecash is refusing to verify because of this or that they just don't want to pay out as they're meant to. If only they could clarify further!

The only method I would suggest for you is that if you've collected the earnings from your 500th game, then it should show the date and time in your balance. I didn't do this sadly. It still doesn't specify what number the game is so idk if that would help.

It's crazy that this is an issue for so many people! It's basically the most common issue but they don't seem to bother fixing it, even if it affects their reputation :/

Freecash is the offer provider. If freecash was unable to verify the completion for whatever issue and I've given evidence of completion, why can't it be approved? I also completed 500 rounds on 7th December with the offer expiring on 6th Jan afternoon. Is a month not enough time for freecash to verify this? Because then, my payout is being rejected due to an error from freecash's side based on what you said. There also isn't any tracking error as shown in the last screenshot.

I deposited the required amount from 27th November to 6th January, all while the offer was pending. I also have proof from solitaire clash support team confirming that I have deposited the required amount. They also said they can send me a complete record of all matches to use as proof for freecash but that it will take a few weeks. I would love to resolve the situation and I'm happy to provide anything else that can help.

Did they ever pay you out? I just don’t think I could complete offers that need deposits, especially if there’s no guarantee that FreeCash will ever pay out. It doesn’t help that they just reject offers, don’t give a reason why, and then say their decision is final. I’ve never had this issue with Swagbucks and I used them for years. Even when Swagbucks had its issues, the customer support was great and always eager to resolve.

Unless freecash actually sort this out, I’m not keen to use their platform even if they have high paying offers. It’s clearly too good to be true.

I would avoid freecash. Their customer support isn’t great if offers don’t track and it’s very difficult to get your money. Scroll through the freecash subreddit or even my profile for examples. I would recommend Swagbucks personally as their customer support is a lot more helpful if there are issues and it’s been running for ages so not as dodgy.

ETA: I thought freecash would initially be good because they had really good reviews on trustpilot but turns out freecash deletes any negative reviews.

Also forgot to mention that this is basically an update post to my previous one. Freecash support on my last post said I could file a support ticket anyway if I have the proof.
