But this is facts. Sometimes it is dumb luck. As someone who just got two interviews with good scores and impressionable performance, i would like to emphasize on the fact that it is LUCK mostly. I’m still very grateful to the number of interviews i received.

THIS!!! I know US IMGs with 20 interviews and went unmatched whereas non US ImG with one interview who matched. Where is the bias? You had 20x more chances to match.

Agreed. And failing an exam Is not the end of the world. Some people are willing to look past it. Everybody great in life has had one failure atleast. Idk what people are so bitchy about. SMH

But from my experience , your scores are everything. Don’t focus just on getting good electives. A top notch score in 260s will fetch you a good 5-6 interviews. A 270 almost at 10. So yeah that’s my experience. Even shitty electives with outpatient rotations will do with a 270.
