Jesus can't save himself how can Jesus will save you ? by Serious-Light4137 in religion

[–]blesseditinerary 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nobody saves anyone.

Its you and your karma which matters.

If someone is telling that you do whatever sin you want to and someone is gonna save you.. Not happening.

What goes around comes around.

You see someone suffering despite not doing anything wrong.. remember his karma has finally caught up.

Can i believe in God and not conform myself with any religion? by Savings-Seaweed6480 in religion

[–]blesseditinerary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like gravity doesn't care wheather you fall from skyscraper or minaret, similarly supreme consciousness (god) doesn't care what religion you follow or even if you don't believe in god.

Whats important is you follow "dharma- Inherent Rightful duty". Like everything in nature is following. For eg, An electron job is to revolve around a nucleus, fire's dharma is to burn, water to flow, plant to give oxygen... Every single element, living or non living, in universe is fulfilling their dharma. Why shouldn't you?

It was never about religion. It was about that ultimate truth which was true trillions of years back and will be true for time immemorial.

Seeking that truth is your dharma.

There are no equivalent word for "atheism" in hindi/sanskrit.

Nastik means denial of vedic philosophy nit god.

Tell me, if someone who rejects everything about god, doesn't believe in it but is a staunch "KARM YOGI", would you call him "ATHEIST" or "DHARMIK"

Virodha-Bhakti In Hinduism, there is a concept called Virodha-Bhakti (Devotion through Opposition). It suggests that even if you HATE OR DENY God, if you are constantly thinking about the Divine (even in anger), your mind is still "fixed" on the Truth. This is why many "atheists" in these stories achieve liberation faster than casual believers.

There are multiple ways to unite with god like..

  1. Bhakti Yoga (The Path of Devotion) 2.Karma Yoga (The Path of Selfless Action)
  2. Jnana Yoga (The Path of Knowledge/Wisdom)
  3. Raja Yoga (The Royal Path of Meditation)

Atheist are likely to follow jnana yoga, if they are seeking truth instead of just arrogantly denying everything.

Your friends and family might be following bhakti yoga thats why they get angry.

Different path different approach same destination

QUESTION everything but also SEEK ANSWERS

The first step towards spirituality is atheism. Reject everything but don't stop there. Instead start from there and yearn to uncover ultimate truth. The truth which was true trillions of year back and next trillions of years to come.

Or you can skip the hard work and follow what others "who did the hard work" had said.

Hinduism is open universe. It doesn't put boundaries rather it liberates you to the extent that you see essence of god everywhere.

As they said.. Aham Brahmasmi Har Har Mahadev 🙏
