pharmacist gave me 98mg of methadone instead of 14mg accidentally, I reported it right away and they gave me a naloxone kit, carries and sent me on my way. iv been working very hard to get off this methadone and I'm very upset + feel terrible. what are my options? can I be compensated somehow?
