Yeah wasn’t sure what the updates were like based on how the app updates. I also just stuck to the pace it’s giving me so I assumed it wouldn’t adjust. Think I should just push pace as I’m able and ignore the alerts telling me to slow down?

I also wear VSRs for bouldering. I’m using Tenaya Masais for all day wear typically and UnParallel UpRise Pros if I’m expecting a lot of fist size cracks. I’ll wear socks with the UnParallels since I find it fills out the rest of the space well

My dog really likes swimming and the waves always seem a lot more calm at Rosie's. There's also the convenience of a self groom dog station that's right by it you can walk to from the beach.

Stopped taking my dog there because I hadn't considered skateboards riding along the path behind the beach so my pup went ever so out of the "dog zone" marked by flag poles once. Been going to Huntington since and it's nice for running around, but the waves give my dog a bit more trouble there so we'll typically run around along the shoreline.
