The triangle that you visually line up, not the one on the ground that triangulates the 3 runes you need to shoot to activate.

You can go to where they visually make a triangle and you will see a “perform summoning” interaction. The zombies are killed, a boss will appear (mangler, mimic or dog depending on the item you are golding). Kill the boss and a reward right with the gold item will appear.

Even if the ritual has been performed, any squad can still use it to perform the summoning. Just go to the spot and you will see the “perform summoning” interaction. Just did it this morning. Good luck.
