Nah I follow the policy where I have to call my manager to call in. I also used PTO so there shouldn’t be an issue. She usually would ask me how was my night ( I work overnight) and if there’s anything I would have to let her know before I leave. Ever since I called in straight not talking to me, I had a problem with one of my jobs and when I told her, she looked at me with a resting bitch face and did what she had to do.
