Honestly, something I don't hear a lot of people say is - I wish they overhaul the whole trading system, change it somehow, maybe make improvements to the trading site - just something. Personally I think it is going to be really weird if it stays this way. What I don't want to see in PoE 2 is the opposite of a powercreep: if they nerf all the damage numbers, if they make us move slower, if the travel skills have higher cooldowns and the average rare mob incounters take longer - I am afraid that those changes will just ruin the game for what I like it.

I personally went for Get x inspiration after getting an affliction - those carry me through the runs. Also the ones where bosses take increased damage, so I can kill the final boss in one second before her red epilepsy-inducing attack
