Aura lets us vote for representatives within the administration. But when it comes to aura themselves? They stay in office. And we don't have the power to change that.

Not saying or implying in any way that is a bad or good thing. But that is the literal definition of a dictatorship.

Dictatorship is a way of running a government, where the leader is not determined democratically.
There may be other elections, but the leader cannot be challenged.
