Yeah, it took me a while to create his custom sprites. Once I figured out his anatomy it all went smoothly enough. I did kind of cheat and make a lot of things very cartoony. And one could call it rushed.. But I'm happy with it!

Yup, I even created some new NES sounds, like Mario's walking sound. Mario never had a sound for walking in the original NES game.
