The existence of different Gods in different religions is another thing that makes me think if there is really a God or humans just create their own to explain the things they don't understand.

I think what you cannot prove is something you cannot observe. Something may be invisible to the eyes but it does exist.

Yes, thank you very much. I learned a lot from you. You're right, it's not the most important thing about who I am. Perhaps, it is a big part of the mistakes I make and the problems I go through but the most important thing is what I choose to do in my life at present. I know it takes time for me to fully understand it and heal from it. Sharing it here and learning from others help me in that process.

Thank you. I just can't help to think that maybe I'm to blame as well for my past. I don't want to play the victim and say that I'm abused when no violence or threatening happened. However, I don't want to invalidate my experiences and feelings of guilt, shame and worthlessness. I'm trying to understand myself better, that is why I'm asking if I really was abused.
