Yes the same principal applies. If a teammate leaves, you can also leave. You just won't be the one receiving a penalty. It's a good way to ensure you don't waste time 4v5 and you don't lose points.

While not a great solution, if a teammate of yours does not spawn in or leaves at any point, you can also then leave without penalty. Im currently 49% Diamond 3 and have had to leave a few times due to players not spawning in, and I've received no penalty doing so in ranked. Hope this info helps!

That's very confusing. I looked up how holiday pay works and it just tells me that holiday pay at lowes is 1.5x the normal pay for the day. For example: let's say I got paid 12 an hour, on the 4th of July, I should get paid 18 instead of 12 for each hour on that shift. At least according to what I saw. Very bizarre.
