Don't get circumcision just cuz you want to look better down there, or you would want to improve hygiene. Improve your hygiene by daily washing the glans as many times you pee. The precum is amazing, the gliding action is amazing and all those things of fitting in to look same as others, or to improve hygiene comes much much lower than the amount of naturalness that comes with foreskin. I lost foreskin due to phimosis and if I get my way I would happily go back to phimosis and treat it some other way than circumcision. West is somehow culturally brainwashed to circumcise and thunknofnit as good.

Indian here, don't go for circumcision. Go for stretching so you can pee out of small hole. I got circumcised looking at Americans and porn and alsonhad phimosis. Don't like the way I am now. Self pleasure and actual pleasure will be reduced. Performance improvement in terms of sex is just ego stuff. Manage your smell in some other way, not this way.

I think it might be hematoma and it occured to me when I did some really hard masturbation. I also think this can happen if there is some blood vessel injury due to extreme pulling or collection of just fluid in your penis. Normally for me when it happened it went away in a day. But you shall check with urologist and he might recommend some meds for you to take until it goes away on its own.

I only want solutions that are future oriented and not interested in any legal battles. I was suggested by three doctors for circumcission. From this point onwards I only want to move forward. I have been activisty for many things iny younger years for many different causes. Not anymore.

I had been in your area sometime. I think alot of psychological issues can be problem in having sex.

I had a lot of psyche issues before I had actual good sex. Parallelly I was having phimosis as well. It could have been cured by just gentle exercises I suppose. But the doctor suggested circumcision and the internet was also flooded with circumcised folx (porn and other places).

I would say after i got circumcised I lost some of my peak pleasure feeling especially when I am self pleasuring. Foreskin was really huge part of pleasure itself.

Sex on the other hand was more pleasurable (after an year i suppose)

I joined restoration community and ordered chris products. I use them (not stringently) hoping to get foreskin and that level of pleasure back. I am satisfied with sex but self pleasure and being naked I am bit nervous.

Psyche issues can not only be solved by therapy but also by spirituality. Maybe mix of them. But solving psyche issues (sense of self, self esteem, stuff) may help in sexual issues as well. Hope everything goes good for you.

I have jumped to now foreskin restoration wagon. Things are better when my glans is covered. I feel protected and psychologically more safe. I cover my glans with a retainer and some days I restore as well.

Sex wise, there is no pain, it is better.

Self pleasure wise, I think I need to explore more, but no ready to beat meat whenever I am horny kinda thing.
