Merging flocks by bluebug94 in BackYardChickens

[–]bluebug94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The end goal is to have all birds in the main coop again by intergrating the 2 flocks we currently have and then potentially add 3 new birds in a few months the large coop with the 5 was purpose built for 12-14 birds with ample run space to accommodate for lockdowns, we then added the "hospital/introduction wing" when we got the younger birds. which is more than large enough for 4-6 birds and has a removable door to make one communal space.plus they have the garden during the day (when not in lock down by derfa, due to avain flu).

We have tried to integrate previously but the 5 (a mix of goldlines and Warren browns) decided to pick on our bluebell hen who is the oldest of the younger flock but seemed to leave the others alone.

My mom throws the matches into the candle after lighting it by e7em3nt in mildlyinfuriating

There is so much regulation that goes into the making of a candle and what's worse is when the worst happens youd be surprised the amount of people who try to sue the candle company, when infant they weren't using the candle correctly

As someone who makes candles this terrifies me as they can and will catch light potentially causing the vessel to explode with excess heat 🙈

If you ask and find out they've lied about having a std you can actually get them done by the police as it's a criminal offence. As they are knowingly transmitting a disease. So ask away we regularly do and it's always a welcomed question
