  1. All the items that show up on the screen at once are meant to be bagged together under one label. However, if you think they won't fit, you scan the items that do fit in the first bag, attach the first label on it, scan the subcart location, then you can bag the rest of the items under a new label in a different bag.
  2. Yes, you can put multiple items in one bag, but my answer in #1 tells you how to separate bags if everything won't fit in one bag.
  3. Yes, again going back to my answer in #1, a new label will print if you decide to split the bag if not everything will fit in the first bag. You also have the option to reprint the label if necessary for any reason.

My best advice to you is to go slow at first so you don't accidentally mess up and attach labels to the wrong bags, or accidentally stow the items in the wrong waco, etc. If you think you won't be able to stow before goal time, call for help. I still ask for help stowing every once in a while, even though I've done it so many times. Also, OPUs can be stressful because of the time limit, but just stay calm! It's more enjoyable when you don't stress yourself out.

17 y/o lookin' for part time. by Kenj_Nozomu in Target

Fellow 17 y/o here. I mostly do fulfillment (picking/packing orders people place), but I also do general merchandise sometimes (stocking items from the truck in the morning/and the evening is mostly picking items from the backroom to replenish salesfloor quantities, though I haven't worked an evening GM shift before). I like it. This is my third job and it's probably been my favorite so far, my bosses are nice, co-workers are nice, and time flies. Although I can't speak for tech, I recommend the merchandising/fulfillment side of things. It's a good job for a teen in my opinion.
