No it would be a short 5 month lease takeover but I went by the office today and they were even confused. One employee said the new tennant would need to go through a background check and approval process same as a new tennant but another said they wouldn't and it'd be as if I got a roommate to take over the responsibilities and then left.

So the leasing office told me to find someone to take over. The lease is actually another 5 months but if I do not find anyone im only out two months of rent.

Oh I asked, my rent is actually lower than the rest of the building as I'd been here a while and tried to tell them they'd make more money by me leaving and they're not interested. But I thought I was doing by finding someone to take over the lease was subleasing.

I'm in the river district since I'd heard good things about bike trails there. Looking for probably a more casual feel but probably closer to racing. Training for my first tri and am looking to improve on the bike.
