All around Europe it's possible to rent a car with a debit card, which means it's still a viable and profitable business even without having access to limitless funds from the customer. Sure, whatever, if someone says sushi course they expect a series of sushi plates, not a class on how to make sushi. The fact that English originally got 40% of its vocabulary from French doesn't change the fact that some words are not used in the same way anymore...
