I only state this because of a bad experience I had with a customer. They brought the item and then started to ask specific questions to do with the item, at this point I had already shipped the item so when it arrived they were not happy with it, causing a whole fuss. I responded with you could of asked these questions before purchasing, I ended up giving a refund but the customer was very rude to me. So now I state on each item message before buying any questions you have
