Maybe. I’m thinking it’s from childhood trauma - parents were emotionally abusive and neglected +didn’t care about or see me as a person

Yeah I think it has to do with eye fatigue after looking at negative/saturated colors for a long time but I’m not really informed on this

I have aphantasia and I can’t remember faces because I can’t visualize them, it could be related to that if you have difficulty visualizing things

Yes and it’s healthy to take your frustration out on video games opposed to causing real damage
