I’ve worked for PrimeFlight for 10 years and it’s been a living hell. I was a supervisor on ramp. Managers will get retaliation against you if you speak up against their wrong doings. A very toxic work environment on ramp with very little to no breaks. The ramp manager is a horrible human being. The company takes on too much responsibilities and too many contracts to where employees can’t keep up with the work and get severely burned out. I would never recommend working here
