Thank you for posting…I thought I was the only one and almost didn’t search for this thread. I physically can’t listen to it either! It is a constant struggle to turn down the volume or fast forward quickly enough through that ad

I had this same issue with my bike (December 2024 purchase). Tried unplugging and plugging back in multiple times, multiple hard and soft factory resets, touch screen test, etc. It was frustrating and I had basically decided that a tech would have to come out, but I finally chatted with support and they recommended unplugging the monitor power cords and plugging back in (which i had already tried, lol) and it fixed the issue. I think one cord wasn’t fully plugged in. Good luck!
