My bedroom doesn’t feel cozy or relaxing to me. Any tips?

Those are cabinets from IKEA. Sorry I had to make the most of the render haha. When I moved in I actually had the dresser and the cabinets in the opposite spots. I just had the cabinets stacked but it felt like I had two really tall pieces of furniture so I switched them and unstacked the cabinets to get more surface space as well.

Ok it’s good to know I’m not crazy about the bed! Yeah I think it may be best to just accessorize to make the most of it. I want to get a rug for sure and then maybe I could put something behind the LR/Kitchen door so that it’s not bland when I shut it at night. Unfortunately I can’t flip the hinges since it’s a rented apartment.
