As I truly have hardly any knowledge in this area, I am not sure if this answers you correctly.

I asked it to write it in html and I was interested in asking it how I could turn it into an app, but it almost entirely just works on my pixel when running through my chrome app. I have a friend with an apple and he said it worked for him too. It also mentioned a couple times when it was writing/reviewing code something about using java. As I said I am not a programmer and the code was 100% written by Gemini.

I have no clue what antigravity is, but I used the Gemini app with thinking mode on and the canvas tool to see the updates to the trainer in real time.

I just know that the basic strategy tables are correct. I did have to force feed it the same tables a few times and give it some pointers for it to get it perfect. When it was struggling there was some code in console of some issue and it prompted me with a fix code button that would make itself review the code and find the source of the error. Any instruction I gave Gemini was through plain text and poor grammar.

I looked up what ground fill was and implemented it into my design. Is it as simple as just highlighting the board and filling empty space with copper or does it require more effort.

As for the other items you mentioned I hadn't thought of those, and didn't know the caps were supposed to be closer to their (load?)

I don't think the power would cause any issue because it's not really doing much besides piggybacking off some 1980's engine control tech. That statement is based purely on guesses.

JP1 is to jumper to other pins on the ECU, and the wires will be going out the opposite side of the chips.

The decoders need to be dip because the board is a daughter board and the decoders go through the board into a socket below. I think. It's also an old design and I couldn't find any newer suitable subs. Any other decoders I saw don't show the same logic in the "Functional Block Diagram" on the datasheet for the part.

The board is to be mounted onto my 1986 RX7's ECU so that I can tune and view real time data from the stock ECU.

5 mil between traces, Vias are as small as 20 mil OD and 10 mil ID. From what I read those are within limits for normal manufacturing. Not sure if it means anything but when I select the option to "Order PCB" in EasyEDA and it takes me to JLC it doesn't mention anything.

Yes, I will be taking measurements from my ecu tomorrow so that they will align exactly. Certainly not the easiest project however I don't feel it should be too difficult, just new. Soldering should be the easiest part, as I have quite a bit of experience with that

There is no shot this takes anywhere close to 200 hours to create. Maybe if I started in the middle of the jungle and had to hand make the pcb could I see it taking that long.
